Our pile of miscellaneous movie memorabilia is overflowing, so we thought it was time to share all of these beauties with you! We started off with a neat vintage ticket for a screening of Irreconcilable Differences. Then we moved to Drew’s bad girl teen years with a laserdisc copy of Poison Ivy and a Japanese program for Guncrazy.
Jumping ahead to more recent years, we’ve put up a very rare Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle photo flip book as well as the vinyl version of the Whip It soundtrack. And finally we have rental store display cards for He’s Just Not That Into You and Everybody’s Fine. Enjoy the show!
Welcome to our first post of 2011! We have lots of resolutions for The Drewseum this year, including a brand spankin’ new layout, contests, updates to our About Drew sections, and bulking up our magazine features archive with scans from new years! To hold you over until then, we’ve put up six new ads – two miscellaneous, and the rest for four of Drew’s films.
It’s been awhile since we’ve put up any pieces of miscellaneous movie memorabilia, so we’ve got a great stash of them to share today. Included are fun goodies for Drew Barrymore’s movies E.T., Mad Love, Batman Forever, Scream, The Wedding Singer, Ever After, & Whip It!
We did some virtual globetrotting to Germany & Japan and came home with souvenir movie ads for Irreconcilable Differences, Bad Girls, Boys on the Side, & Whip It. A big thanks to friend of The Drewseum Kent for hooking us up with the chirashi flyers!
We also tossed the Japanese soundtrack for Mad Love into our suitcases!
We’ve put up a new batch of Drew Barrymore movie ads spanning all the way from Scream to Everybody’s Fine, with pitstops at Ever After, 50 First Dates, Grey Gardens, and Whip It! Big thanks to Kent, Misti, & Judy for hooking us up with a few of these!
