2007 WFP Donation Contest

Drew Barrymore visited Capital Hill on May 10, 2007 to speak to Congress on behalf of the World Food Programme.

By offering free meals at public schools, the WFP encourages children, who would otherwise forage through garbage for food, to attend class. Kids receive an education; education leads to better jobs; better jobs mean they can conquer poverty. And in ending poverty, they can break the hunger cycle.

Her passion for this cause has inspired The Drewseum to raise money to be donated to the WFP. Flower Films has donated 5 dvds of Drew Barrymore films, all autographed by Drew herself! Now you can get your hands on a signed copy of The Wedding Singer, Ever After, Never Been Kissed, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, or Music and Lyrics!

From June 5 until July 15, we will hold a contest for the dvds. For every dollar you donate, you will gain one entry into the drawing for one of the signed movies. This contest is open to any person, living anywhere! We will also be donating as much of our own money as we can. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the WFP! So click the button below and make a difference!

This contest is now closed. Congrats to the following winners and thank you for your generous contributions! The Drewseum will be donating $180 to the WFP!
